- Dealing with high blood pressure has been odd. I measure in the mornings and nights and journal. Tonight I tried to meditate before reading and found my blood pressure went up considerably... Which isn't great, but for the first time I latched onto a visual in my head almost immediately into it.
- The vision I had was me in a very green field with my grandparents around me hugging me, comforting me. I don't know why but I tried to keep going through the meditation but I was kind of brought to tears a bit which I think is what spiked my reading.
- I changed my breathing rhythm after and my reading came down a fair bit, still not a healthy reading but way better so I'm going to just try that moving forward and see if we do better.

- I like the idea that at this stage they are just trying anything at all to try and save face when the public couldn't care less for any of their business decisions.

- New-ish DnD player and never played a paladin but today in combat managed a nat 20, added in divine smite to my attack and got to have lightning from my god imbue my longsword to cleave a wolf in half like a lightsaber. I think I like DnD.
- Idk, tinfoil hat me finds it weird the new Pope is an American that nobody really had betting odds on. I'm taking the over that he aligns with Trump in the not too distant future. What a time to be alive...
