- Today's the day!? 👾 12:00pm - 4:00pm today, come meet Friend and see the rest of the studio! Try our paper cutter! Use a 300 lb. stapler?! Take some Riso prints home!! I'm so excited I had trouble sleeping. It feels just like Christmas when I was a kid.
- If you still need the address, shoot me a DM now! I will likely be tied up throughout the open house, but will still try to keep an eye on DMs for those who are late to message. Very excited to see you all very, very soon!

- It's time to get PRINTING! It's time to get PUBLISHING! Lansing, I want to hear all your weird little zine ideas and help you bring 'em to life. I want to help you make exciting posters to decorate our city with! I wanna figure out what other strange objects we can make together, too.
- I have to admit, five months of fundraising and a smattering of events I've planned have left me feeling a bit tired. But from here on, I don't intend to have so many overlapping projects all at once. Until April, I'm focusing squarely on planning @licz.bsky.social and developing the print studio.

- Yesterday, at @lansinglit517's market event, I was holding back tears as a recent donor told me how clear it was that so many people wanted this. I know she was right. It is very apparent. It really boggles my mind—over a hundred people have contributed to making this happen. An absolute dream.
- Planning has been slower than I'd expected, because of a few other projects I've been invited to co-plan (an art market, a gallery exhibit, and a mini-zine fest—you should come to all of them!) but those will be wrapping up in the next few weeks.

- Riso printed flyers for Ryan Records 👾 Love how these turned out. That pink on white is brighter than any flyer you've seen!
- One of my goals for Ultra Mega is to get more fliers and posters onto our streets in general. I think it's important! As algorithms fail us, print media is one way we can connect with our communities and support the organizers who work hard to make great things for us.
- And to me, it makes our city a little brighter. When I'm walking down the street, I want to be bombarded with what's going on around town. I want to know! I want to see the energy we have reflected in our alleys and on our lamp posts and on bulletin boards.
- Anyway, check out the show at the The Fledge on the 6th. Gonna have some great local acts, and it's gonna be a good time. :)

[Not loaded yet] - Got to screen print about 60 of these bad boys live this weekend. First time using my flash dryer outside of my studio, and there were no casualties!
- It definitely gets crowded in my car when I'm hauling that thing around though. Probably going to have to come up with some new space-saving / transportation methods.

- LET'S GET YELLOW INK! ✨ We're already 1/4 of the way to unlocking our next color. While we probably don't /need/ an incentive, I was reeeally excited to give Friend their very first job.
- From now until they run out, every donation over $10 will get one editioned print from our Risograph's VERY FIRST print run (at least since we got it!) Have a piece of Ultra Mega history! Be the envy of all your friends and peers! Come pick it up yourself, and see the space before anyone else! 👀
- This 'lousy' print is letter-sized (8.5" x 11") with black Risograph ink on French's Lemon Drop 100 lb. cover paper. Folks can opt to either pick up their print or have it mailed. I will reach out via email to confirm!
- Multicolor printing is on the horizon! We're gonna get there real soon. :)
- Woah there, cowgirl! ✨ One new postcard-sized print coming your way. This time, a collab! Designed by Morgan (glitchdgalaxies on Instagram!) and printed by me. Speedball yellow, fluorescent pink, and black inks on French's pure white 110 cover paper.
- Morgan's a zine-maker AND a screen printer (check out her @loveandlassos zine project on Instagram!), and reached out after seeing the Riso fundraiser, wanting to lend a hand. We figured we'd make something cool together and split the proceeds!
- These prints will be on sale for $10 each. Half goes to supporting a local artist, and half goes toward our Risograph campaign! Morgan will be toting these around at the following cons:
