- Zatarains Red Bean & Rice we added a Hot Link to the box ingredients. On the side of box read add ons,I have never seen this on the box before.Brian added trinity chopped onion, celery, green pepper. I made some corn muffins, Brian ate his seafood left overs, he really enjoyed that last night. 🍴🙂
- Lunch a delicious salad from the bottom up. By the time I posted this it was gone.Iceberg lettuce green onions, green pepper, carrots, radish, beets, Mexican 3 cheese, on top freshly boiled egg from our chickens. Good Seasons Italian and Bobs Roquefort. Fun to make and so tasty. 😊
- Happy Wednesday. You can see around here going to be a warm day they are resting. Took photo of dogs when leaving earlier today, cats just now when I came upstairs to change clothes, that is a dog bed, during the day a cat or two take it over 🐾🙀
- Last night I posted this then deleted it by accident.Brian made a Fremont Fish Market Seafood mix,shrimp, Calamari,Bay Scallops,Mussels, sautéed onions garlic parsley, over Spaghetti.On flat Iron he grilled me a Top Sirloin, sliced can potato’s browned,salad w/veggies. Delish 😊🍴
- Cleaning today. I was hungry, looked in Fridge saw meatloaf leftover. Piece of sourdough ketchup can’t wait to have a bite. Had a little bit of cottage cheese too. Hope you are all doing well😊
- We had been at the 75th car show at Pomona, 500 inside 4 to 800 outside. Very hungry when home went out for Mexican,I had 1 shedded beef taco and a cup of Albondigas W/2 small meatballs.Brian had a taco burrito hamburger, lettuce tomato globs of guac & sour cream, beans on side.Delish dinner.
- Went to 75th Car Show at the Fairplex in Pomona,CA everytime we walked into another building I would gasp at a beautiful vehicle, car w/flames 41 Willys, Black 63 Chev Impala,belongs to the family where Brian is painting that is why we went he got #1 in his group, the last had an unreal paint job😊
- We decided on meatloaf(Paula Deen)today,Brian said 1/2 lb loaf,he chopped onions, green peppers, I assembled it,putting a topping on Brown sugar, ketchup, mustard,Bri had some already made mashed potatoes, Brown gravy, I had a pc of sour dough garlic toast.Dinner delish.🍴😊
- Brian got home about 4 pm,said whats for dinner,I said I don’t know.By 8 dinner over.I defrosted 2 pcs. chicken finger,Bri mussels.He chopped Gr pepper, gr and white onions, garlic,it smelled so good cooking,mushroom soup,linguini,added sauce to chicken, rest add mussels,gr beans,toast delish quick
