- We want to make sure tutoring isn't the preserve of a lucky few, but accessible to every child who needs it. AI can help us do that. Safe, personalised, one-to-one learning support to help every child achieve and thrive. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/01...

- I (an educated adult) was pushed to use AI to 'check' things at my last job. It was frequently incorrect on even basic facts. This is a vile idea designed to fob off deprived kids with substandard 'care' so the government can make more money.
- Pressumably you already have a statement prepared for after the AI talks a child into suicide once again. Very sad, need for safeguarding, etc. We can see where you all wants jobs, btw. It's very clear.
- This is a terrible idea and amounts to giving the most vulnerable the least help, worse than that even. Delete this message and the concept that it is promoting.
- Not good!
- YOU'RE INSANE.
- Jesus fucking wept! Just stop with the AI slop! It doesn't fucking work properly, it lies, it impoverishes people by taking jobs, it steals copyrighted material, it damages the environment greatly, and serves to funnel taxpayer money to a small number of mega corporations. Fucking. Stop.
- And what personal data will they be collecting during this 'tutoring'?
- Also the telegraph is a disgusting shit rag that should not be engaged with.
- For fucks sake, have you no causal decent advisors? We need to be teaching kids how to find good quality information and think for themselves not mindlessly absorb what the rich tech bros think they should believe.
- How about making sure the state system works well enough that *nobody* needs additional tutoring?
