It has come to my attention that I am probably due A Big Cry. Last year's Big Cry was early February so, like the overachiever I am, I'm ahead of schedule.
Big Cry begun, but not finished, she'll be springing up all day. Two weeks early baby!

I do appreciate a Big cry but now I have a headache and feel fragile so maybe I should have tried to seclude it at the end of the work day!
Oooo you should take a hot bath, put some essential oils in, chug a veggie smoothie and then have a nice cry!!

Definitely having a bath tonight! Got a fruit facemask and an oil melt! But I had a fruit smoothie for lunch so now I'm wondering if it's too indulgent for a Thursday so have one of my left over canned Christmas cocktails
