It's 34C and 90% humidity here on Réunion Island, we'd love to share some of that with Ukraine =D Seriously tho, I've lived in places with -30C, down to -35C, and have slept in houses at 3C at dawn with all the heating on.. Cold becomes truly dangerous, almost an evil of it's own.
