Just a little guy trying to live to see them die.
- I had one six foot by four foot section of driveway left to clear when the battery died, so tomorrow I'll finally be able to leave the house.
- Got the puppy a lobster. The website claims it's indestructible. Challenge accepted.
- >working on commander jumpstart cube I'm beginning to regret my life choices.
- I did at least remember to raise the screen to marker board height before continuing my annotations today.
- Did a job interview this morning, then another round of shoveling, so I am mentally and physically wiped. I *think* I can have the driveway fully cleared with two more passes.
- I want almost all of these secret lairs but I just had to borrow money from my parents to pay my mortgage so, yeah, sitting out this round. I'll pick up Fancy New Shadowheart on the secondary market in a couple of months.
- Good news: I finally have a hole cut in the wall wide enough for my car
- Today in Multitasking... Working on the jumpstart cube lists on the giant touchscreen while watching Price is Right
- No one knows. We lose track of them once you get to pre-Revolution history. I know I had an ancestor on my mom's side who fought in the Revolution (she was offered--and declined--membership in DAR).
- I've got UK/England most of the way up both sides. My grandparents all had English/Anglo-Saxon surnames (married and maiden); the great-grandmother I knew had a Welsh maiden name (Owens) and an English married name (Greene). (There's also apocryphal native ancestry on Dad's side.)
- That's assuming no Anglicization, of course, but all our family records back six generations are American.
- Finally breeched the 3.5' wall the city erected across my driveway. The hole isn't big enough for a car yet but we're getting there.
- Anyway back to the grind*. *shoveling snow
