Immigration agents detained Juan Sebastian Carvajal-Munoz, a civil engineer from Colombia with a Masters degree from UM and employed by a local engineering consulting company, in Portland Thursday morning. They left his car running in the street with a smashed window. #ICEOut #Portland #Maine
