If I've edited this to say positive things about our country's government, you know I'm flying back into the country.
- Joseph Kosinski directed some of my favorite movies, but Maverick and F1 prove he's currently one of the BEST at making Saturday at the theater, big bucket of popcorn movies. Dude has that Tony Scott energy. His understanding of how to use stars like Cruise and Pitt is icing on the cake.
- Currently watching Starbuck slowly break apart because there's a Cylon she can't kill. This episode is great. This is my message for people not currently doing a Battlestar rewatch:
- THC is wonderful because you can spend your day going through some heinous shit and then get home and 20 minutes later all you want to do is compare mixes of Nirvana's In Utero (the 2013 is still the best) on vinyl and skeet (this one, not that one) too much.
- The video of Trump shitting himself live on camera is surreal as hell. That's where we are now, huh. Watching the people behind him react to the sound and smell is certainly something happened.
- My ADHD is making it impossible to do anything other than dig through these files out of morbid curiosity, but Elon Musk having to deny the messages is funny in two ways, because he's implicated in the crimes publicly and now it's public knowledge not even pedophiles want to hang out with him.
- Bobby Kotick being implicated in the Epstein files wasn't on my bingo card for today, but my surprise is exactly zero
- There's a reason why Republicans and Democrats dislike him so much: he's actually doing things and creating the expectation of others doing things. This flies in the face of how America is set up to work, with both parties working in the interest of capital. He's a systemwide threat.
- Hey, the news is bleak Consider unplugging today and seeing a movie or having a good meal or doing anything except look at a screen.
