- Even as a huge Apple fan, hearing the findings of this investigation makes me unhappy. It was obvious that Apple was attempting malicious compliance but my goodness this is terrible. I’m glad the judge is ruling stricter instructions going forward www.theverge.com/apple/659296...
- Video game box covers look awful now what the heck
- Hitman: World of Assassination Signature Edition pre-orders live on Amazon amzn.to/3EERkMO #ad
- Getting quite fed up with the vocal minority who are unhappy with the price of the Switch 2 and upcoming games being given some air on Reddit or headlines like this one. It's still an amazing product and of course it'll sell, even to the complainers www.tomsguide.com/gaming/ninte...
- Mario does NOT wear suspenders NYT!!!
- Oh god my wallet
- I am SO ready for Kojima nonsense. It's one of those games where I don't over-analyse, I just play it and let it take me along for a ride. I can't wait for it!
- DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH | Pre-Order Trailer buff.ly/LlwNkvb
- Things like this are why I love the MGS series so much. So much 4th wall breaking, so many deep hidden details that take decades to surface
- I can’t believe what I just watched. This is just absolutely horrific. Trump and Vance showed they are devoid of human decency and I genuinely feel troubled for their country that they are supposedly in charge.
- Since buying a used PS2 I think I've started forming a bit of an addiction to buying PS2 games. It feels so cheap as they're like £5 each on average, before I realise it all stacks up after buying literally dozens of games, and building up a huge physical backlog. What have I done
- Here is my stack so far, and there’s still more on the way 🙈
- Another classic "Andy buys something, something related gets revealed" event happened. I just bought a PS2 and Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3, and there's a new teaser for a new Tony Hawks game coming in April
- As someone who works in gaming co-dev, this means sumo is now one of our biggest competitors. It really sucks for all people who were impacted by this decision
- Don’t normally share my Wordle but quite proud of this one today Wordle 1,316 2/6 ⬛🟩🟩🟩⬛ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
- So glad I have my lunch break at 1pm today
- Today I feel like a proper adult, I just spent £162 on a pull out bin for the kitchen that I'd been thinking of buying for a long time
- Nintendo just needs to announce already
- Monument Valley 3 is very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
- I’m keeping up with all of the leaks and it’s surprising we haven’t had an announcement yet. They need to get ahead of the curve before it all turns sour. I am really liking the updated style though
- Alleged photos of a Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-con from a Chinese forum www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSw...
- Today for our new years walk we’re braving the wind and rain
- It wasn’t the best idea. Got soaked from the sideways rain
- Making full use of my ps portal in my bits of spare time to make progress through DragonAge Veilguard, which I’m quite enjoying
- I quite enjoyed my Nintendo year in review! Echoes of wisdom was definitely my favourite although metal gear solid was such a great play
- I do feel a bit bad that on kindle I only managed to read 2 books this year, but considering the complete Witcher series was like 5 books and 3,500 pages I think actually did quite well!
- After finishing the Plucky Squire I think I’ve likely finished my last game of 2024 so here’s my complete list of single player games I’ve started and finished this year! There are probably some little ones I’ve missed though, these are the bigger ones
- This morning I finished the plucky squire on PlayStation! My expectations were low and it overachieved! Played mostly on the portal, it was perfect for it
- Lego mighty bowser was such a joy to build!
- Since moving away from social media feeds like X and Facebook over the last couple years and now coming to Bluesky more regularly, it's reminding me how some folks seem to be chronically online, it's just that it's more visible due to a lack of Ads and suggested people. Some people post so often
- Would highly recommend the Taskmaster live experience in London. Fantastic tasks and brilliant museum of taskmaster memorabilia. Definitely planning to go back again!
- Actually it’s coming down more now! #uksnow 4/10 at SO50
- @uksnowmap.com #uksnow it’s starting a little here at SO50, 1/10
- Watched the big long half life 2 documentary and now I’m hankering to play it again. I wish it was easier to play on Mac but steam deck will manage fine with keyboard and mouse
- ooo I just updated my bluesky handle to my own hostname, very nice
- Saw the Rock orchestra last night at Bournemouth pavilion. Was very good, would highly recommend!
- Updated my profile as it was very out of date. This place seems to be the new good app to be so gonna try and stick it out. I’ve left the horrible place for good for a while now
- Yay!
