- Many Black-led initiatives in the UK that support the careers of Black researchers provide mentoring, safe spaces, networks and advocacy. But they're often underfunded. That's why we’re launching a new funding programme in partnership with Do it Now Now to help strengthen these initiatives. [1/3]

- Why are we funding this? 💡 Healthcare professionals play an essential role in generating new knowledge about health and disease. But in the UK, the number who are research-active is falling. This call will fund outstanding discovery research training in inclusive research environments.
- What funding is available? 💷 We will fund five intakes of three to five fellows for each doctoral programme, with awards of around £12 million per programme.
